Replacing our thru-hulls and seacocks using custom tools! Episode 45. #catamaranrefit
When you aren’t confident that the existing thru-hulls are secure and the valves won’t turn, it’s time to look for a new option. We chose to replace every single thru-hull so that we could be confident in their installation. This also allowed us to choose exactly what we wanted. Time for an upgrade. We chose Marelon composite thru-hulls and hopefully, we’ll never have to replace them again.
