The day before I left The Netherlands for Belgium, I tested all my navigation systems and like all cruises I did before (and did not record) it all worked fine. But when the day came that I left for Belgium, the system beeped "No GPS connection and no AIS".

This channel follows a format: "Join Henk-Jan, whilst he cruises on motorvessel Lady Liselot through The Netherlands and a little further". That's it. I do make errors on purpose. Yes, I pronounce words wrong or mention things the wrong way. That's because a certain group of viewers love to correct others. New tour to Belgium starts with problems in the navigation system. Shall I continue? s5/e18
The 4 camera's I use to produce my outdoor footage, are so called PTZ - P(an) T(ilt) Z(oom). Zoom, I only use on the rear camera, when I am underway. As you have seen I use the pan and tilt a lot. And in the dark they produce a great (short view) infrared image. I even can navigate in a marina at night on my cams.
Since they all are so called "IP camera's", each have an unique (hardwired) IP address (no DNS) in my network.
