Chapter 1
After launching our Niagara 35 sloop Phantasia II, Phanty, at Royal Newfoundland Yacht, we take 10 days to complete some major refits, while sitting alongside the RNYC main wharf.
With all the tasks crossed off the list its time to get sailing and we enjoy a short trip across Conception Bay to Brigus, taking a RNYC mooring in the shelter of Molly’s Island. We spend a day hiking to the lookout on the north side of town then enjoying more of the fine summer weather while dining in the cockpit.
