New Leopard Catamaran Warranty Rapid Fire Repairs!
This episode we update the current warranty status and show off our new @cromox.chains bling!
Our story started as 3 friends setting out to explore the world by sea, and became what some have called a David and Goliath fight to have the warranty issues on our new Leopard 45 Catamaran rectified.
Now, after 3 haul outs, over 700 days in shipyards and months in marinas trying to have our yacht warranty defects rectified, a new team made up of people from Travelopia (Sunsail, The Moorings, Leopard Catamarans) and Robertson & Caine have arrived onsite.
This episode shares my current thoughts on the attempts by these major boat builder and broker brands to redeem the actions of the past. Now more than ever the focus on the warranty processes of catamaran builders is growing, with experiences being shared by other channels like The Wynns with their HH Catamarans Ruby Rose with their Seawind 1370, Harbors Unknown with their Seawind 1170 and Sailing La Vagabond with their Rapido trimaran.
It also goes through the addition of our brand new stainless steel Cromox chain, which we're very excited to have aboard! Big thank you to Cromox for helping make it possible.
