NEW ENGINE, NEW PROBLEM! [Ep134 RED SEAS]
We installed brand new Nanni engines on our sailing catamaran and all was going smoothly until this week when we discovered a problem. We picked up some dirty fuel somewhere along the way and now our diesel tank is clogging the pick up lines so our engine won't run. We are way off grid and super remote right now so we try to build our own fuel polishing system to clear the problem and then take our boat for a sea trial inside the lagoon in preparation for crossing through the pass and setting sail for distant shores.
Life is full of ups and downs but we are faced yet again with the challenge to create solutions so that we can keep on sailing and exploring this part of the South Pacific. Bring it on!
