Hobie Baby Bob Mast Float
The Hobie Baby Bob Mast Float is designed to offer the safety and security of mast head flotation with minimized drag through the air, the Baby Bob is fixed in position to the mast head with the included mounting hardware.
The Baby Bob is standard on all Hobie Waves and is also recommended for the Hobie 14. This float will also fit the Getaway and Hobie 16 with or without CompTip. Some drilling may be necessary. The larger Mama Bob (#07-30119) is also an option for most Hobies.
The Baby Bob Mast Float displaces 32 pounds of water, is 20″ long x 11″ diameter and weighs 2.65 lbs.
A Mast Float Attachment Kit and instructions are included for mounting on the recommended boats, with some drilling and tapping or light modification necessary for some boats.

Begin by identifying which end of the M head float is the pointy end and position it facing towards the back of your catamaran. The installation process is remarkably straightforward after this initial step.
