EP24 To Povoa De Varzim
In Ep 24 we finally get a weather window to take us down the beautiful coast of Spain and Portugal to a popular marina at Povoa De Varzim. The trip down was Calm and relaxing as the sun disappeared into the sea. we all got in to the rhythm of life on the waves. We were making good time, so in the early morning we had just enough wind to put the sails up. With the sun bringing up a new day, we made our way into the marina. We called in on the VHF and got a friendly marinara who showed us to our berth for the night. I was tired after the night sail and after checking in I was straight to sleep while the girls went off exploring. This marina for us was a passage stop but we would loved to have stayed longer.
