Ep19 To Falmouth
Ep 19 To Falmouth sees Rhumor and crew leave the beauty of Dartmouth and travel across to the sailing mecca of Falmouth. On the way to Falmouth our course takes us close to the awesome but scary Eddystones rock with was one of my want to see of the trip. We were also visited by a school of dolphins that swim with us for miles.
Once inside the crowded Falmouth harbour we are lucky to pick up a mooring buoy. With Rhumor safely moored, the girls had just enough time to go for a quick swim before the sun sets on the summer solstice. Claire wanted to try some Cacao which as you will see is a different taste but the sun set was great to enjoy together.
While we are in Falmouth we have a lot of stuff we have to do to get Rhumor ready for the next trip which is across to Brest in France and then on to Spain with Rhumor having to do two big trips one after the other we have some planning to do.
Before we know it we have a good weather window to get us to France so we slip the lines and head of.
