Ep13 To Medway
In Ep13 we leave Wrabness a little later than we should have done because I slept in. We had a calm motor down to Medway with sunshine and calm seas all the way. Even the shipping lane was kind to us with a gap in the traffic just at the right time. We had pre booked a mooring buoy at Medway yacht club, which we found easily. After walking the dog we went to find the kids that had gone ahead with nana san to Auntie Leigh's and Uncle Paul's to see their cousins Sophie and Mollie. After catching up with the family, we start ordering and fitting a new solar panel and charge controller, a new generator, fixed the water maker with new bits. With all the hard work done we had a bit of fun in London seeing as much as we could in a day.
I would like to say thanks to Leigh and Paul for helping with collecting and delivering parts and even letting us use the washing machine a lot- Thanks. I also want to say thank to Medway yacht club for helping get things onboard thank you.
We leave Medway to travel to Ramsgate.
