Episode 36
After leaving Isla San Francisco, what was supposed to be an easy 35-mile sail to Los Gatos turned into the opposite of the champagne sailing we had in the previous episode and we ended relocating in the middle of the night.
We tackled our neverending jib furler issue and if you're waiting for this saga to end, hang in there it's almost over.
If you’re cruising Baja or dreaming of sailing the Sea of Cortez, this episode captures the highs and lows that make the journey unforgettable.
Locations: Isla San Francisco → Los Gatos → Agua Verde
👋 Don’t forget to like, subscribe, and follow our sailing adventures as we learn and grow as newbie sailors and explore the Pacific and the Sea of Cortez. Thanks for watching and sailing with us.

SV Cosmo
Cosmo is a 2000 Dufour Center Cockpit sailboat. Supposedly there are only 15 of these models built in the world, which would make sense since we still haven’t found an owner’s manual or proper documentation from Dufour. She is a 43 foot vessel with 2 cabins, 2 heads, and we’ve beefed her up with so many upgrades and features since 2020, she’s practically a whole new boat.
