And so begins the journey back to the US… for us it’s no easy feat – sailing several hundred miles, hitching a ride, a bus trip, Uber ride, rental car, border crossing and long drive through the mountain and finally we arrive at our destination! We spend a day in San Diego getting repairs done and doing some marine restocking before making the long journey back to San Felipe with all of our things in tow… All a part of the cruising life! We try to survive the heat and ride out Tropical Storm Lidia.
