The rim is now succesfully laminated with many pieces of glassfibre in and outside. Everything was covered with peel ply to get a good surface.
Mow I put a rope on the outside wetted in NM-epoxy.
Its function is to act as a deflector for water also to attach a mosquito net.
The third reason is to get a god handhold.
