Hello friends this is Sven and now the hatches again so this is how it looks on the inside and here is the glue come out there and is that other glue and the other one is over there so now weu2019re going to do this good put some glass fiber on and uh first clean and Shake in the edges and things like this so this is how it looks before so now they are better and now theyu2019re going to be reinforced with glass fiber here to make them strong.
Hello friends now hereu2019s the good part and here the holes. Here is in the bottom is the flange coming up and um itu2019s more easy to put paint on them laying flat so theyu2019re also painted with one epoxy and uh so itu2019s a good thing.
Then tomorrow we take the other side. The holes that were left without a flange so here’s how it works now is the glue on the outside and the fiber glass mat.
Then we let it dry. And you have to keep it clean here, make sure everything is tight. It’s very important with the fiberglass and then there you have a nice flange again so thatu2019s one thing done and tomorrow we take the other side.
Sven demonstrates an effective technique for reinforcing glass fibre flanges using epoxy glue and fiber glass mat. By following these steps, boat owners can easily maintain the structural integrity of their boats’ components.
