Leg 10 started in the Volvo race on a bight, sunny windless day with a fierce tide. First it pushed Sun Hung Kai/Scallywag close to being over the line and in their efforts not to go over they infringed Dee Caffari’s Turn the Tide (?) on Plastic and they had to do turns.
Everybody went to the Eastern shore, except Scallywag, and the tide turn made a slow but steady exit. The Scallys were on the opposite shore in the tide and in trouble.
See it all here in glorious 4K video. Sorry Witty!
