The 0800hrs UTC position report show that most of the fleet are now going mainly westwards. Furthest west, 150 miles to the NW of leader Macif, PRB are already into the light stuff associated with the ridge of high pressure making 4.6kts this morning, as are Dominique Wavre and Louis Burton in 12th and 13th respectively making less than 10kts as is Spain’s Javier Sanso in 11th at 8.2kts.
