I was motor sailing fast at seven plus knots. I wanted to beat the sunset so I could anchor in daylight. But then I had to get through this monumental maze of fishing nets until I hit a dead end. This was bad. Very bad. With forceful wind and smashing waves, I managed to cut my boat free from the net. But then the fishermen chased me down and we collided but with luck and seamanship, we just grazed each other. The 3 ton massive hardwood fishing Pirogue would have smashed my fiberglass boat to pieces.
