This is how I like to experience a place I sail to. Meet a beautiful local to show you around. In this case she’s Black Little Red Riding Hood. But first I test to see if Mana like being aboard Galopin to go places. So we go explore the nearby mangrove watery labyrinth. Where we are a little freaked out. Mana passed the test, Galopin likes her. We sail down river and get ambushed by a gang of dolphins. We can feel them push the boat. And we finally anchor in the dark of the night in the bend of a tributary. We’re greeted by a Frenchman who takes us to the bush bread baker. And then a settlement where we can get wifi. Even at night, Mana finds the key to the trail and leads us in her bright red dress.

Winded Voyage Sailing
An older dude who feels 30 sails the world on a small yacht and tells his live large adventures. Follow him from the beginning when he looks for a sailboat and buys it. Earns his Swiss offshore sailing license and refits his boat. Then sails alone from the south of France along the Spanish coast to Tangiers Morocco. On to the Canary Islands where he learned how to manage in extreme ocean conditions. Continues south to the Cabo Verde Islands, land of the most beautiful people ever. He learns to speak the local Creole language so to better understand the Cape Verdean culture. To enjoy life, feel young and love again. He recovers from hip replacement surgery and sails on to the great African continent where few sailors dare to go. His story is one of an old geezer living the life of a full time sailor with all it’s perils and pleasures. So hang on, eat, dance, laugh, love and discover the world with him and his boat Galopin. It’s their Winded Voyage. A real living adventure series.
