Having a boat registered in Switzerland requires a general inspection to meet strict standards every 3 years to ensure the boat is seaworthy. It is to ensure and prove the boat is fully seaworthy. Not a bad idea, as I see countless boats that are on the fringes of seaworthiness. As well I get more things done on Galopin that pop up. As soon as you fix one thing something else beaks. Then we meet Janet & Roberts who will sail away to Surinam.
