In the previous episode I was taken into custody and taken to the police station. After being questioned, the contents of my bag were itemized by the police as seizure. In those contents were two small bags of weed. That was enough for the police to hold me in custody in the local jail. It wasn't until 24hrs later that I was taken in a van and to my boat with what the police had been waiting for. A search warrant. After a thorough search, nothing was found. The police took me back to the station and back in the cell. I was devastated. After an hour, back in a police van and taken to court where again I waited in a cell to be finally set free. But, I was to appear in court three weeks later.

Earns his Swiss offshore sailing license and refits his boat. Then sails alone from the south of France along the Spanish coast to Tangiers Morocco. On to the Canary Islands where he learned how to manage in extreme ocean conditions. Continues south to the Cabo Verde Islands, land of the most beautiful people ever. He learns to speak the local Creole language so to better understand the Cape Verdean culture. To enjoy life, feel young and love again. He recovers from hip replacement surgery and sails on to the great African continent where few sailors dare to go. His story is one of an old geezer living the life of a full time sailor with all it’s perils and pleasures. So hang on, eat, dance, laugh, love and discover the world with him and his boat Galopin.
