Some of you might remember that I had a kite surfing accident in Los Roques (Venezuela) that resulted in a heavily fractured calcaneus bone (heel bone). Since then, nearly a year has gone by and this update video will take you on a fast forward journey from September 2019 to March 2020. I did not film during this time but I hope you still enjoy the update that I put together from some pictures that I took.
