“On the day before the final race, the Yacht Club of San Remo held an informal event. As a jazz band played excellent music, an exquisite buffet was served. The sailors mixed, compared experiences and hopes for the final race. There was a mixture of languages: Italian, French, Dutch, German and others, but there was the unity of serious sailors.” – David
