Bob Bitchin and co-host Zuzana Prochazka bring you all thirteen 22-minute episodes of Latitudes & Attitudes TV Season 4. Episode 40 premiers the 2009 season, the show’s fourth.

In this promo from Episode 40, we profile Zuzana Prochaska, the new co-host, who tells us a bit about her life, sailing experience, and future sailing plans. Zuzana then previews the show’s lineup, which includes a feature story about the Abbott family making a Middle East landfall in “Maxing Out – Salalah, Oman,” a new segment called “Yoga Onboard,” a review of the recently launched Com-Pac 35 sloop, and Bob Bitchin’s Attitudes.

SEASON 4 Feature Stories take you sailing in the Persian Gulf, Mexico, the Aegean Sea, St. Vincent and the Grenadines in the Caribbean, and the Great Lakes. The magazine-style program includes gear and boat reviews, Yoga Onboard with Kim Hess, Bob Bitchin’s “Attitudes,” and more.

Bob Bitchin’s Latitudes & Attitudes TV made history by finally getting a half-hour, 13 episode sailing series on national cable television.
