Stranded At Sea - An Unexpected Rescue
A rescue at sea, a surprise creature in our toilet and a tight bridge entry! This week aboard Rúna – our liveaboard catamaran – has been anything but ordinary! With a friend joining us on our journey along the Spanish coast, we faced one of our most unusual navigations yet — entering the Mar Menor in La Manga.
We also coordinated our first-ever rescue at sea, saving a stranded sailor who had lost control of his boat and couldn’t get back to shore! And of course, what’s a week on a brand-new yacht without more surprise boat issues? From ongoing teething problems to a mysterious creature in our toilet?!
Come along for an action-packed week as we sail further along the Spanish coast on our catamaran. It’s definitely been our most interesting week yet!
