Surfing Our Home at 15 knots
This week we make the trip from Georgetown, SC to Cape Lookout, NC. We get more wind and bigger waves than we were expecting, and have to make a decision about the safest route to take. In the end, it was worth the wild ride! Our Leopard 46, Clarity handled the conditions well.
Keto chocolate cake:
2 C almond flour
1 C Monkfruit
1/2 cup cocoa powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
2 eggs
1/2 cup softened butter
1 cup almond milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Mix dry ingredients together and then add the rest and mix by hand. Bake at 350 for 25 minutes or until done.
Mix peanut butter with some Monkfruit to taste and make whip cream with stevia and vanilla to taste.
