After 11 days and over 1,200 nautical miles sailing across the South Atlantic Ocean from Namibia, we finally reach St Helena, one of the most remote inhabited islands in the world.
But just before landfall, disaster strikes. Our captain, Rob, injures his back and is unable to leave the boat.
