Bisti Badlands New Mexico
November 14, 2019 by The Adventure Travelers | Language: EN Play Time: 00:06:38 | SAILING YOUTUBERS

In Episode 3 of our Southwestern RV Road Trip, we venture off to the rarely hiked Bisti Badlands. We also boondock (or dry camp) in our RV at the Bisti Badlands Parking Area, which is BLM (Bureau of Land . Management) land, which is free to the public to park and camp at.
The Bisti Wilderness (Bisti/De-Na-Zin Wilderness) is a landscape of badlands, offering fantasy world of stunning rock formations.
We hike to several areas, which include: the Broken Eggs, the Bridges and other places that are completely amazing due to their uniqueness. The Petrified Forest of the Bisti Badlands really captured our awe and sense of amazement. Trees from 250 million years ago fell and are preserved like they just came down yesterday.
Explore and discover these amazing hikes and RV boondocking destinations. We spend over a month scouring the best and most amazing hikes and RV destinations in the Southwestern United States. Join our adventures!

I always check the water before you put it in your drinking container. These horse hair worms were in the water and they looked freaky. Always boil your water to get rid of all contaminants when in the back country. #hiking #hike #cave
