Buried in contracts, paperwork, and endless back and forth with solicitors, the land registry and ecological surveyors…we spent so long in the process of buying this building that time itself seemed to lose track of us 🥴
But, the classrooms waited, the walls held their breath, and somewhere along the way, we became just as paused as the place we were chasing. Paperwork piled high, emails paused for weeks, patience was challenged, silence tested us and all our days blurred into one.
But forgotten doesn’t mean finished.
It’s finally time 🕰️

Tŷ (a house) & llu (of numerous host). We are Becka and Zach and we want to give you the warmest welcome to the Teulu Tribe. Since meeting in 2018, it has always been our dream to buy a sailboat, and after lockdown and coming out of university, this idea seemed not only unrealistic but pretty insane. However, we worked hard, gained experience and in March 2022 bought our dream sailboat, a 1987 Colvic Victor ketch. Having little sailing experience and being a young couple, we have encountered a tonne of hurdles and made plenty of mistakes! but for every downfall, there has always been a reason to dust ourselves off and carry on. So hop on board, join our Teulu and lets see what this ‘living’ business is all about.
