Unlearning and retinking. The plan was to sail to NZ, but the Cape Horn route needs rethinking.

The change of route from NZ to doubling Cape Horn have left much hidden residue.
I have to be eagle eyedness is needed to detect it.
Luckily last night I got the idea to move the water under the seat. I was lucky that previus to that I had narroved the bed from 90 t0 80 cm wide. Now 6 jugs an even number just fits crosswise. That means that I can divide the storage spacebed by a longitudinal member dividing the lids into two.
There is now 18 nominally 5 liter jugs but they take 5.5 liters that gives 99 liters.
With the ballasted bilge keels I do not need to fill the drunken jugs with saltwater for stability.
In addition I have 12 one liter bottles.
With a shorter route I will also have plenty of fruit, like grapefruit and apples contining 90 % water.
Many comments I get on water, reverse osmosis rain catching. 111 liter water is plenty.
Jugs for water have worked for me very well since 1969 for ocean passages. If its working do not change it. What is the use of a reverse osmosis thing?
They are much less reliable than a plastic jug. Of I had should I carry less water?
No – becouse that would be dangerous in case of breakdown.
