Strenght of the fillets holding the water divisions.
One of the commentors said that my fillets were not strong enough.
My first reaction was to ansver that they were strong enough.
But after a secound of reflection I realised that I in fact did not know just how strong my fillets were.
And for once I kept my big mouth shut and decided to find out. This video shows the results.
The fillets were in fact strong with a good margin of safety.
In the test the load is 20 cm out the center of gravity of the water continers is 10 cm half and the strenght of the fillets like 330 kilo each meter and the water in each hatch is 3X5.5 liter or 16.5 maybe 17 with the continers. Plenty of safety as should be.
If not the soulution is to make the fillets stronger. That can be done by increasing the radius of the fillets also by adding glas or carbon fiber reenforcement.
I am a bit eager to get sailing and also saving a bit of money so I keep it is as it is.

Hi My name is Sven Yrvind. I design, build and cruise small boats. 1962 I left Sweden in 15 feet converted Blekingseka. I soon found out that there was room for improvement. To understand the basic I began to study mathematics and engenering. 1968 I sailed to England via many contries in a converted 13 feet rowing boat. People told me I be more happy on a bigger boat. November that year I found a wreck an old steam launch build 1885 I converted her to a staysail schooner and sailed her to Rio de Janeiro. That voyage advised me that a bigger boat do not bring happiness, happiness is an inside thing. I designed a 6 meter doubble ender built her in my mother basement. Tried to sail around Cape Horn with her but was capsized and pitchpoled. Later I built an 5.9 meter boat in her I rounded Cape Horn in the southern winter June 1980.
