Here is the top of the bed getting laminated.
Also the first small step for the 24 pegs that will hold one end of the hatches. 100 mm long diameter 20 mm inserted about 70 mm.
Now I have put the Divinycell panel in its place. The bed is now as it hopefully will be except that the bottom piece will be cut into 12 separate hatches.

I have now cut the big Divinycell under the sleaping bed into 12 hatches. One end are reenforced with Tufnol to take two screws the other end have two deep pegs that will go into the sidepanels of the bed.
