Many years ago I was sailing with Peter Duff of Dovekie fame in his leeboard cruiser.
He told me that one of the main reasons for leeboards was that you do not have to worry about the centerboard pendent, the rope that rise the CB.
I have for many years tried to find a simple way to do the CB control lines. I use one to rise the CB and one to fix it place.
I have come up with several ideas.
Now here is one that is better than all the others. Still more development is needed.
