On July 7, 2024, Sven Yrvind continued working on his innovative sailboat wind project with another key update – fitting fillets for the front end of the seats. The goal was to effectively keep water and CHS in place during the journey. As always, Sven shares insights while demonstrating his work, providing valuable tips for fellow boating enthusiasts.

Squeezing More Water

In the video, Sven reveals that he has managed to make room for an additional two fillets in this particular area of the boat. He mentions how these additional fillets ensure a perfect balance and stability during sailing. It’s evident that Sven pays great attention to every detail, which is essential when crafting such a unique sailboat.

Fillets for the Front End of Seats

The primary purpose of these fillets is to hold water and CHS securely in place. With a focus on providing a comfortable and efficient sailing experience, Sven installs fillets strategically at the front end of the seats. This process demonstrates his dedication to not only creating a functional vessel but also one that enhances every aspect of its use.

Making Room for More

Sven’s meticulous attention to detail and innovative approach allow him to create spaces that may seem limited. By fitting in two extra fillets, he ensures the water remains contained effectively and adds to the sailboat’s stability. These clever design choices showcase his expertise and commitment to creating a high-quality sailing experience.

A Step Closer

The video concludes with Sven reflecting on the progress made. With additional fillets in place for the front end of the seats, the sailboat is one step closer to completion. As viewers witness his hard work and dedication, they can’t help but admire the craftsmanship involved in this unique project.
