The centerboard trunk is now in place. Its six degrees of freedom are gone she is now fixed in the relation to the boat.
I lined her up as good as I could. I do not think it is ultra important. A boat moving on a wavy ocean is not a symmetrical object.
Bonus is me adapting the bycycle light so that it shines abouve the shopping basket that do have many things in it on my way home.

Hi My name is Sven Yrvind. I design, build and cruise small boats. 1962 I left Sweden in 15 feet converted Blekingseka. I soon found out that there was room for improvement. To understand the basic I began to study mathematics and engenering. 1968 I sailed to England via many contries in a converted 13 feet rowing boat. People told me I be more happy on a bigger boat. November that year I found a wreck an old steam launch build 1885 I converted her to a staysail schooner and sailed her to Rio de Janeiro. That voyage advised me that a bigger boat do not bring happiness, happiness is an inside thing. I designed a 6 meter doubble ender built her in my mother basement. Tried to sail around Cape Horn with her but was capsized and pitchpoled. Later I built an 5.9 meter boat in her I rounded Cape Horn in the southern winter June 1980. I have continued to design, build, and cruise small boats often in high latitudes. Please support me on my donation button on my site yrvind.com
