According to Sven’s calculations, the new boot measures 5.6 m, which is approximately 30% smaller than the old one at 6.2 meters in length. The beam of the new boat has been reduced to 1.2 meters from the previous 1.4 meters, and this contributes to an increase in the overall height to maintain a better stability ratio. Despite being busy on Friday, Peter managed to complete all necessary calculations for these modifications. However, as expected, he was not available over the weekend due to other commitments.

Sven Yrvind explained that although the new boat is 30% smaller than the old one, it maintains a similar stability range due to its reduced beam size. With an ideal ratio of 1:1 (beam to height), this boat achieves enhanced center-of-gravity control and performance.
