I am now shaping the coamings. Working without a mould using sandwich construction means that each bit have to be shaped by hand. To get a goood result I chose to do it in several steps. There are commercial hatches for ocean goaing boats but they have several disadvantages such as condensation. No way of changing the gasket at sea.
