A huge thank you to Sender Sailing for lending me their computer to edit this video as mine crashed. This is the second time I’ve put this episode together! Thank you to all of you, subscribers and patrons, who waited for this video. I’m indebted to so many people who helped make this possible!!!!

The last two major projects before splashing the boat are Sheathing and Painting. Most of you probably already know but the boat is currently in the water. This episode is 3 months behind real time. On November 12th, Garrett’s birthday, Rediviva soaked in her first taste of salt water. Finally the first half of our name is reality. So far it’s just been a lot of tar!

A little channel crossover, Finding Simon. Simon emailed us saying he, Melly, and Champ were road tripping down the west coast and wanted to come for a visit. We had no idea he actually wanted to work a little on our project! It was a real treat to meet someone successfully doing the Youtube thing. He’s fresh to the boatlife and already hopelessly addicted 😉

Garrett and I are so thrilled to share our endeavor with you. The boat is still such a huge project and our main priority but it’s our goal to be forever getting better at keeping you all updated. With the boat now floating we can start to take a little money away from her and put it into new gear for filming an editing. I’ve been putting these episode together on an old Macbook Air from 2011 and filming on primitive cameras not worth naming! Thanks to Garrett’s mom we have a newer camera to work with for now and a huge thank you to the special soul, you know who you are, who bought me a Macbook Pro. It’s about to get professional haha And thank you to my dad who just bought me a new recording microphone! I was amazed at the clarity. I suppose it is that time of year to be thankful but I feel it everyday. This dream would not be where it is today without the kindness of others. Many of you watching today have been here before even episode 1 when it was just our blog!

Thank you!!!!!
