A Birthday Surprise He Did Not Expect | Sailing Uma Episode Recap

Upon visiting the distillery, Liz and Den get a firsthand look at their 3-year-old whiskey. They engage in lengthy discussions with the distillers about the aging process, flavors, and potential bottling plans for this unique Arctic whiskey. As they taste it straight from the cask, they’re excited by the strong flavor and decide it’s ready to be bottled.
