This week's project is SO satisfying on so many levels! When we first started diving into the nitty gritty details of the design of Delos 2.0, this was actually one of our first changes that we started dreaming of. And now 2 years later, we finally get to watch our rainwater catchment system come to life. In some ways, it's a simple project. Big roof = big surface to collect water. But when it came time to make it super functional and hygienic, adding in filters and various pumps so we can direct the water exactly where we want it to go....things started to get interesting! Definitely had so much fun getting creative with this one, and we can't wait to put it to the test in the middle of a squall in the open ocean one day!
