Ahoy Delos Tribe! This week’s episode is all about something that will quite literally become the heart of Delos 2.0… our batteries! After too many late nights going down every electrical rabbit hole you can imagine, we came across a company here in Australia doing some really innovative stuff — including solid state lithium batteries that are unlike anything we’ve seen before. They’re lighter, incredibly powerful, and are going to be a total game changer for how we power the boat. This one is pretty techy for all my fellow geeks, but also suuuper fun and interesting even if you're not super into all the technical details. This is going to be a heck of a job to bring this whole system together, and luckily we’ve got a familiar face arriving to help us bring it all together!
