Setting Sail Up The Inside Passage to Alaska! | Ep. 1 | Engineless Docking & Rough Seas
Here is the first video of 2022 Alaska! We set sail from Cowichan Bay on May 1st, provisioned in Nanaimo, then set off across the Strait of Georgia to Jedediah Island. We had everything from dead calm, to a marginal gale!
Join us as we adventure north to Alaska on a Westerly Discus. In these videos, you will see lots of sailing, plus some backcountry skiing, mountaineering, hiking, and always lots of fun! We are fanatical sailors, so if you dislike the drone of an engine as much as I do, this video series is for you!
I will try to post weekly moving forward, but no promises here in the wilds of Alaska.
