Hundreds of DOLPHINS surround a CATALINA 27! - From the Vault #2 - Sailing Sea Dream of Clyde
This was recorded aboard my first boat, a Catalina 27, in November 2011 in Johnstone Strait, BC, Canada. We were sailing along, minding our own business, when out of nowhere a pod of many hundreds, if not over a thousand Pacific White Sided Dolphins rampaged towards us. They hung out with us for close to an hour as we carried on south! This is still my top wildlife experience.
I thought I had lost this edit, but recently came across it on an old hard-drive, so I’m posting it for y’all to enjoy!
