Ep 50 – Washing Sails and Making a Lazy Jack Bag

Another great fun few weeks working on Pickle. The jobs always seem never ending, but we have so much fun and learn new stuff everyday! This week we remove our Genoa (head sail) and give it a big clean before it heads off to the sail makers for a new UV strip. Bruno from Accuresails is so helpful and reasonably priced we also decide to get a lazy jack bag made for our mainsail and a console cover made. I’m very excited for the finished goods…but in the mean time I’ve earned myself ice cream and a sneaky swim in my niknaks!
If you would like to use the sail makers it’s www.accuresails.com they are based in Almeria, Espana. You can also find them on instagram accure_sails
