In this episode, I had a good day, no, in fact I had a great day!! We installed a new water pump, we caught up with our provisioning, we finally got our hard drives back! and we were fortunate enough to speak at a workshop hosted by the famous John and Tadji Kretschmer – the workshop was titled sailing to, from and within the Caribbean. This was our first ever attempt at a public speaking engagement and suffice to say Khiara and I were quite nervous. fortunately for us after a little dutch courage, what was supposed to be a 30 minute talk turned into a 2 hour story with a Q&A to top it off.
All in all not a bad first attempt.
