Engine room, diesel exhaust, exhaust riser, stockings, enchiladas and a hot sauce comparison
A few loose screws and some muscle power. We’re still trying to solve the engine exhaust leak. This time Karen joins Steve in the engine room to loosen a few screws and Steve uses his muscle power to remove the riser. Still not sure how to reconnect the riser to the flange to seal the leak. Some projects are just not as easy as anticipated and this one is a prime example of extended DIY.
Karen dances in her new holiday outfit of a festive skirt and red furry Christmas stockings. They’re just the kind that Steve would like to stuff. Of course she has a red furry hat to match the swinging stockings.
Culinary delights on Isabella in this episode are our homemade enchiladas. Ground grass fed beef with secret seasonings, yep, right out of the store bought package. Oops, spoiler alert. Lightly fried flour tortillas filled with the meat mixture, cheese and some sauce, rolled up and put in a pan. They are then covered with more sauce, yep another secret ingredient, topped with cheese and baked in the oven until done. Yummy.
Then things got really hot. Loving spicy stuff we followed our meal with a hot sauce comparison. Watch the video to see how hot and spicy we can get.
