Each morning we naturally wake up tense and dehydrated….its normal to lose 1/2 inch in height as our spine & muscles shorten and at least 1 pound in water just through overnight breathing and basic physical processes….
Here are 2 morning micro-habits that I try to prioritise with this in mind each and every day.
💚 Find a small space and stretch. You don’t have to go crazy – even 5 minutes is enough but could keep you more mobile & less stressed for life!
