1,200 nautical miles and nine days lay ahead as we set out on our last passage of the Pacific season. We have spent 60 nights on passage in the past 210 days and at this point, we are ready for a break. With Carla suffering through passage fatigue, we head out from Vuda Marina, Fiji to our final destination in the South Pacific, New Zealand. First though, we have to fight our way through some of the roughest seas of the season to reach the Bay of Islands, New Zealand.
