We are on the move from Crosshaven to Kinsale Ireland, the gourmet capital of Ireland. This once sleepy fishing village has been transformed in the past twenty years into a tourism center with a variety of great dining experiences, postcard worthy scenery, ancient structures and even an opportunity to sample the drink of the gods. This week we are taking the time to tour this amazing village and live the tourist life. We tour Charles Fort and then sit down to learn about the history of Mead.
