FAW S1 EP7 In this episode we sail 157 NM blue water overnight sail back home. Anders tells a sailor story about probably the most anoing 23 seconds of his life. During this sail we get to know our Wauquiez 47 PS a little bit better and Anders almost can’t stopp trimming and even I get to trim a bit. Litza thinks its to bumpy so she won’t eat.
We get to see some amazing colors at sunset and even better sunrise behind Gotska Sandön. We even get a second sunset just before we arrive in our homeport.
Anders and I are a middle aged couple and we decided to leave our stressful business carriers to go sailing with our Fridá af Wisby and our cat Litza.
In the videos we are not only trying to show you our adventure we also try to let you feel our love for being out on the water. In each episode we also give some facts related to where we are or do, in this episode we tell you a little bit about the Vikings and their longships because this part of the Baltic Sea it was in the middle of the Swedish Vikings home territory and it’s easy to imagine they did the exact same route more that 1000 years ago.
