I set sail solo from Bridgeport, Connecticut, heading for Newport, Rhode Island — expecting a calm run up the coast. It turned out to be anything but calm. What was supposed to be an easy day quickly turned into a long, wet, and uncomfortable slog motoring into rougher seas than forecast.
Join me as I battle headwinds, waves, and exhaustion to make it safely to Newport. This one really tested both me and Nauti Dogs.
