Our Last Adventure Together… Thunderball Grotto & a Tough Goodbye
In this episode of Sailing Doodles, Sarah and I head to one of the most iconic snorkeling spots in the Bahamas — Thunderball Grotto, made famous by James Bond. The water was crystal clear, the fish were everywhere, and Sarah looked amazing enjoying every minute.
But not all adventures last forever…
After our swim, it’s time for a bittersweet goodbye as I take Sarah to the airport so she can head back home. It’s never easy saying goodbye to great crew and even better friends.
With the boat all to myself again, I dive into a long list of maintenance and boat projects — because boat life never slows down, even when your heart does.
